In dieser Zeit löste er auch alle „hartnäckigen Erkrankungen“ der Kunden und des Unternehmens. Bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte für das Unternehmen steht er immer an der Spitze der Innovation, präsentiert seine Ansichten zu neuen Produkten, die Kunden entwickeln möchten, und führt Innovationen und Verbesserungen bei alten Produkten durch.
